Casual Lifeguard

- Hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and maintain required professional standards.
- Complete all site-specific training and competency requirements.
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service, including to young people and individuals with additional needs.
- Have good communication, literacy, numeracy and basic administrative skills.
- Be approachable, patient, trustworthy and confident in enforcing safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Maintain reliable attendance and the physical fitness required for the role.
- Obtain a satisfactory DBS check.
