Sunnydale Care Home is seeking up to 2 Carer / Healthcare Assistants to join our compassionate team in delivering high quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with daily activities, including mobility, meals, and social engagement.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care home procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential).
- NVQ in Health & Social Care would be desirable.
- Compassionate, dependable and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in supporting older people.
