Beauty Consultant – Temporary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Beauty Consultant to represent a globally recognised luxury beauty brand at Boots Isle of Man.
Renowned for its transformative skincare, makeup and fragrance, this iconic brand is celebrated for innovative products, exceptional artistry and outstanding customer experiences.
This is a temporary but consistent opportunity, with regular work available until the end of January 2027.
What we’re looking for
- Previous beauty industry experience, ideally within premium or luxury retail
- Good knowledge of skincare, fragrance and makeup
- A genuine passion for beauty and current trends
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Confidence delivering consultations, product demonstrations and makeovers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- A professional, reliable and well-presented approach
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and commercial awareness
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and exceptional customer service
- Promote and sell skincare, makeup and fragrance products
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Demonstrate products and provide expert beauty advice
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and build customer loyalty
- Maintain high brand, merchandising and counter-presentation standards
- Support product launches, promotions and in-store events
- Encourage repeat business by developing strong customer relationships
- Represent the brand with passion, professionalism and enthusiasm
