Sunset Lakes Café is opening soon, and we’re building a talented, welcoming team to bring our lakeside space to life. We’re on the lookout for skilled, confident Baristas with a genuine love for great coffee and great people.
If you’re passionate about perfect pours, silky milk, and crafting drinks that look as beautiful as they taste, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ Key Responsibilities
• Creator of consistently excellent coffees
• Welcome guests with warmth, personality, and genuine care
• Support smooth service during busy periods and lakeside events
• Keep the barista station clean, calm, and organised
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams, helping where needed
✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Barista experience and confidence with espresso equipment
• Strong milk‑texturing and latte‑art ability
• A positive, proactive approach to customer service
• Reliability, teamwork, and pride in presentation
• A real passion for speciality coffee and fresh food
