Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to support our advisory team and play a key role in the day to day management of mortgage and protection cases.
🧾 The Role
The Administrator will provide reliable, end to end administrative support across mortgage and protection business. Working closely with advisers, clients and third parties, the role focuses on progressing cases efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory and lender requirements are consistently met.
This is a hands on role within a busy, client facing environment and would suit someone who is organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple cases at different stages.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and online systems
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach
