We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our clients busy office team in Douglas. The role includes general administration, maintaining client records, processing orders and purchase orders, communicating with clients and suppliers, and assisting with account reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge, and experience with data entry and administration. Shipping experience would be an advantage.
