Engineering is a challenging and rewarding career. From your mobile phone to the furniture you sit on, everything we see and touch around us is likely to have been engineered.

The engineering apprenticeship starts at University College, Isle of Man (UCM). Where you will study at a dedicated facility called AMTC (Hills Meadow) the various aspects of engineering for 2 or 3 years (depending on entry level). Upon completion of these foundation years, you will then apply for a position with one of our islands engineering companies. These include Swagelok, Ronaldsway Aircraft Co, Strix, MUA, Suez and Triumph. At your engineering organisation, you get to earn while you learn, as you are paid as an employee from day one.
