As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive its all about people! They use customer data to improve communication, increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

  • manages and delivers customer communication and special campaigns to attract and keep customers, as well as suggest other things they might like
  • uses data to decide how to talk to customers, always checking if it's making money and making improvements
  • sets up automatic ways to communicate with customers more efficiently and make campaigns bigger
  • sends out extra messages to get people interested
  • reports regularly to senior leaders about how well the campaigns are doing, showing a deep understanding of what customers like
