To deal with customer requirements for vehicle service, repairs, maintenance and tyre services in an efficient and respective manner to ensure World Class Customer Service.

To manage and organise the workshop diary to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity. This includes booking jobs, diarising of jobs, updating jobs, rearranging of jobs for efficiency purposes and monitoring status changes and action as per the agreed process. Responsible for customers and their vehicles during a visit to our workshop.

To be the main point of contact with customers throughout the day, general authorisations, authorising extra work, initiating estimates, follow ups, completed jobs, collections and updates.  Arrange invoices and collecting payment through the different platforms (cash, card, phone and warranty) throughout the day.

The person we are looking for should have previous experience working in a customer service and sales role.


You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be honest, enthusiastic, self motivated and respond well to challenging situations in a dynamic but very rewarding environment.
