About the role

We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team in the Nobles Hospital Management suite within Manx Care where you will provide general administrative and financial duties to support to the Hospital Management Team. You will work as part of the Administration Team and will be required to provide a professional approach to a variety of tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for any visitors to the Nobles Management Suite, answering any queries from a range of different stakeholders as well as providing advice to and respond to queries from patients, staff and members of the public.

skills and qualifications required:

5 GCSE at grade C or above. D CV
meeting the demands of a busy office environment.
data inputting.
use own initiative and being proactive.
maintaining confidentiality and dealing with
sensitive issues.
Knowledge & Skills
Must be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of
Microsoft systems, in particular Word and Excel
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, planning and time
management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail 

Ability to work as part of a team
Confidential and discreet
Reliable and conscientious

Salary & benefits

£26,537 to £32,010 per annum
