As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with the day to day operations of the store.  

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):  
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional service at all times.
- Assisting the Optometrist with pre­testing, dispensing, and booking appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information.
- Ensuring the store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:  
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- An interest in optics and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
