Job Description: Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their compliance team as a Junior / Trainee Compliance Administrator. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and maintenance of compliance records and documentation.
- Support the team in client due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Help monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
- Conduct basic compliance checks and assist in periodic file reviews.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for audits and regulatory filings.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with senior compliance team members to support risk management processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in compliance.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Previous experience in an administrative or financial services role (desirable but not essential).
- Relevant qualifications (or working towards) in compliance, risk, or financial services (desirable).
