We have an exciting opportunity to join our Investment Services team as an Investment Administrator within the Dealing & Pricing Team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the daily dealing and valuation pricing of investment assets and unit‑linked funds for Zurich International.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate data input, timely confirmations, cash monitoring and high‑quality investment information. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and is looking to build a career within investments.
What you’ll be doing:
Team responsibilities:
- Managing the end‑to‑end daily ordering, confirmation and settlement of market dealing transactions.
- Completing monthly activities and ensuring all daily and ad‑hoc investment spreadsheets are accurate and up to date.
- Helping to resolve pricing or performance‑related queries raised by other business areas.
- Supporting the delivery of MI targets and KPIs to optimise business performance.
- Assisting with fund changes, internal projects and wider investment initiatives.
- Collaborating with other teams and supporting colleagues across Investment Services.
Role‑specific responsibilities:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all dealing and pricing activities, working with internal systems and external custodians/Fund Houses.
- Taking ownership of queries received from other areas of the business and ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Regularly liaising with the Dealing & Pricing Manager to review objectives, raise key issues and discuss resolutions.
- Assessing processes through a Lean lens and recommending improvements to drive efficiency.
- Managing and maintaining investment data spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- Modelling behaviours that reflect our corporate values and commitment to customers.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use your initiative to produce accurate work and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience using Excel; knowledge of Access or Word is an advantage.
