Job Title: International Concierge Vice President
Reports to: CEO
Location: Isle of Man (with frequent travel)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and charismatic International Concierge Vice President to provide exceptional personalized services to our high-net-worth
clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, be fluent in Chinese and English, and have extensive knowledge of
the Isle of Man.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bespoke concierge services to international clients, including travel arrangements, entertainment bookings, and luxury experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including celebrities, business leaders, and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized itineraries and experiences for clients
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and standards
- Manage and resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up todate with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the entertainment industry, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to high net worth individuals
- Indepth knowledge of the Isle of Man, including its culture, attractions, and hidden gems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients and understanding of cultural nuances
- Knowledge of luxury travel, entertainment, and lifestyle services
- Certification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
