We are looking for a Receptionist to work within the busy reception team based at both Palace and Sefton Hotel.
As a hotel receptionist you are the first point of contact for all hotel guests and visitors to the hotel.
You must have:
- excellent customer service skills
- good communication skills and have a high level of organisational skills
Full training will be provided on the hotel computer system Rezlynx.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and willing to be flexible with the duties required.
The role does require working some weekends on a shift basis.
Applicants must be over 18 years old with no unspent criminal convictions.
