Are you ready to launch your career at Capital? Look no further! We are thrilled to invite recent graduates and young professionals to embark on an exciting journey through our Graduate & Young Person Program.

Throughout the program, you will have the chance to explore various departments, gain invaluable experience, and contribute to our continued success.

During this two-year comprehensive program, you will have the opportunity to spend time in four of the Group's entities: Asset Management, Group Services, Bank and Investment.

- Tailored experience:
You will be given the opportunity to highlight your preferences for department, with efforts made to accommodate your interests.​

- Holistic Understanding:
You will gain a comprehensive view of our group and our offerings to clients.

- Leadership Interaction:
You will interact with all levels of the business, including senior leadership.

- Skill Development:
You will engage in project work, develop management skills, and learn through on-the-job activities.

- Qualification:
You have the option to undertake the CISI Fundamentals of Financial Services Level 2 award or equivalent qualification.

About You

Skills Needed:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to understand and appreciate different perspectives.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade others using the skills you have learned.

Role Expectations:
