Experienced Flooring Fitters

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Flooring Fitter (ideally 4 years experience +) to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across a range of flooring types in domestic and commercial environments. You don’t need to be skilled in every area we work in, but we’re looking for someone who has experience in some of the following:  

Key Skills & Experience:  
• Safety flooring installation (e.g. Altro, Polysafe)
• Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) fitting (e.g. Kardean, Amtico, Moduleo, Invictus)
• Screeding, DPM and subfloor preparation
• Plywood preparation
• Carpet & underlay fitting (domestic and/or commercial)
• Carpet tile installation
• Sheet vinyl fitting  

The Ideal Candidate:
• Has proven experience in one or more of the areas listed above
• Takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail
• Is professional, punctual, and reliable
• Works well independently or as part of a team
• Holds a full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
