Key Responsibilities
• Operating 360° and/or mini diggers safely and efficiently
• Groundworks, excavation, drainage, and reinstatement works
• Working as part of a site team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Daily plant checks and safe-working compliance
• Following site instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
• Valid digger/excavator operating tickets
• Groundworks experience
• Health & Safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
Preferred (not essential)
• Confined space training
• CAT & Genny training
• First aid qualification
