Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)

Join our dynamic team on a part time basis and help us provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels. The role will be 9am - 5.30am Saturdays (7.5hrs), then evening shifts during the week, covering 6 hrs from 4pm to 7pm. There will also be overtime available.

The Role

Be the cornerstone of our customer support team by:
Serving as the single point of contact for customers via phone and online channels
Supporting and advising on technical and general customer queries
Promoting and articulating information on our products and services
Ensuring customer interactions are completed successfully
Diagnosing and resolving customer issues/faults
Informing engineering and products teams of major customer issues

About You

You are the perfect fit if you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, along with:

Passion for customer satisfaction with high levels of empathy
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated and driven to resolve customer issues
Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Well organised and methodical with an interest in technology
Experience in a technical role and sales is an advantage
Eager to learn new skills and technologies
Appreciation of the telecommunications market and customers
Cheerful and optimistic attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
