Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and alighting.
- Sell tickets using an electronic system.
- Answer passenger queries.
- Prepare, check, and clean trams daily.
- Complete journey reports and other required forms.
- Perform light maintenance tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as directed.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Isle of Man tourism or hospitality.
- Experience handling cash.
- Isle of Man Worker status.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Attendance at personal track safety training.
- Pass a safety-critical fitness assessment.
