Commis Chef

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, proven and experienced Commis Chef to join our dynamic
kitchen team. This role will primarily focus on preparing a variety of delicious and
high-quality sandwiches, toasties, paninis and freshly cooked food for our customers. The
successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. fine attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional
food. Additionally the successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and
within a team environment, efficiently and accurately under pressure. This job description
outlines the general nature and level of work performed by individuals in this role. It is not

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare a wide range of sandwiches, toasties, paninis and freshly cooked food
● Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all food items.
● Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene
regulations.
● Assist with other kitchen tasks as required, including food preparation, stock
rotation, and cleaning duties.
● Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications, Requirements & Experience
● Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
● Must be able to work weekends
● Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices..
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
● Passion for food and a desire to deliver high-quality fresh food.
