Duties include:
- greeting and welcoming clients
- answering phone calls and emails
- maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- offering physical and emotional assistance to clients when required
- taking payments and assisting with managing debtors, health care plans and insurances.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in a similar reception or customer services role who is friendly, personable and outgoing. They will enjoy dealing with customers, both over the phone and face to face, and have the ability to work well under pressure. The hours are negotiable but the successful candidate will be someone who is flexible. The opening hours of the practice are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm. Saturdays may be required for special events.
