Initially cleaning the pub, restaurant and toilets which will take no longer than 2 hours. However if there are people staying in the hotel rooms, these will need servicing daily and turning around when the guests leave so the hours will increase but finish will be no later than 1500 hours.
Cleaning duties will include:
- Cleaning/dusting all surfaces (including at height) in the bar, pool room, restaurant and corridors
- Vacuuming and mopping floors in same areas
- Cleaning toilets, basins and floors in ladies/gents/disabled toilets
- Restocking toilet paper/hand towels/soap in all toilets
Housekeeping duties will include:
- Servicing each room whilst occupied (making the bed, ensuring tea/coffee/toilet roll/soap etc is sufficiently stocked, clean towels etc)
- Turning over each room when vacated (stripping the bed, remaking the bed, cleaning all surfaces (including at height), vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning the bathrooms, ensuring all electrical items are working etc)
- Cleaning common areas (hallways, stairs and landings)
- Sending bedding and towels to laundry and receiving clean bedding and towels whilst keeping an inventory
Full training will be given and all equipment will be provided.
