We are a small and friendly Corporate Service Provider based in Douglas and have a vacancy for a permanent junior office administrator to assist our client administration and compliance team. This role would suit a school/college leaver or a candidate with 1-2 years office/admin experience and is full time from 9am to 5pm. Candidates without experience who are able to display initiative will also be considered.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

Input of payments on multiple banking platforms
General clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing
Liaising with clients by telephone and email
Post/courier duties,
Assisting with the onboarding of new companies
Drafting board minutes and resolutions
Assisting the client administration team with the maintenance of client records including bank accounts and statutory records
Assisting the compliance Department with transactional monitoring, risk reviews and client reviews to ensure we are compliant with regulations

Skills and experience:

5 GCSE's at Grade C or above
competent using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
Excellent communication and time management skills essential
Able to work independently using initiative within our procedures and guidelines
Show flexibility and a willingness to learn
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given.
